With great professional sadness, Luiz told us about his frustrated decisions in the past and wanted our help to really find something that would make him happy. Eager to learn more about himself and further his professional journey, he decided to take the Career Orientation process.
Luiz came to us through a class on FGV’s 360 Leadership course. After many experiences that did not bring positive results in his career, he felt lost in what he could and should continue doing. He watched time go by without knowing exactly what to do. It was from insights from the leadership course that he realized something wasn’t right. He had gone through moments of deep professional disappointment, taking on challenges he couldn’t handle which led to depression.
Through directed conversations, he awakened to the area of processes and project implementation. He met more than 30 people, took specialized courses where he only increased his networking.
When we started the process, he was extremely dedicated to the activities and exercises that were proposed to him, from profile mapping, relationship network, definition of purpose. He took the steps with great discipline, which led him to explore new segments and new areas of activity. Despite having graduated in tourism and working in various businesses, he found that he really liked procedural, methodical matters and areas that he could use all his rational and implementation capacity.
